Radiology and Lab Services
Certain health insurance plans make available various laboratories or x-ray facilities for your use. If you do not wish to wait or receive such services at El Rio, ask the lab or x-ray staff for assistance. In some instances, your insurance may not allow us to perform needed exams at El Rio. We will direct you to the proper location. Your physician will provide you with the required Lab or Radiology Requests (orders). Please bring these orders to the Lab or Radiology reception desk at the time of your visit. Ultrasound and mammography exams must be scheduled, please call the appointment desk at 670-3749. El Rio operates a full service laboratory and x-ray department for your convenience. Lab or x-ray exams ordered by your El Rio physician may be provided at the clinic sites listed below. For your convenience, we also draw lab specimens for outside laboratories as needed. Your physician's staff will provide you with the needed orders.
