Board Certified Dr. Rios was born in Michoacan, Mexico and
lived most of his life in Santa Barbara,
California. He attended UC Santa Barbara for his
undergraduate degree and graduated in 1989 from
the University of California at San Diego School
of Medicine. After completing his residency at
the University of Arizona, he joined El Rio
Ob-GYN Associates in 1993. Dr. Rios is an avid
hiker and enjoys extreme hiking in the Grand
Canyon. He also loves good food, music and
spending time with friends and family. He has
been married to Alicia since 1981 and they have
two daughters. |
