Mail Order Prescriptions

For those El Rio patients who find it difficult to make it into one of our pharmacies due to transportation or other barriers, El Rio offers a Mail Order Prescription Program at no additional cost. The program has an assigned El Rio Pharmacy Technician to oversee the mail order program.

Payment is made easy. Credit cards are accepted and information is kept confidential. Checks and money orders are also accepted.

Please note, El Rio Pharmacy does not mail narcotic, control medications or refrigerated items.

Sharing the Care

What is Sharing the care?  

Sharing the Care is a compassionate use program sponsored by Pfizer Pharmaceutical. This program allows uninsured El Rio patients to receive their needed medication for a copay of $5.00.

Please contact any of our pharmacies, to determine if your medication qualifies for this program. Our Pharmacy staff will be happy to assist.

Who qualifies for the program?

Registered El Rio Patients, who have no type of medical insurance

How does this program work?

Prescription is needed from an El Rio doctor and patients may receive up to a 30 day supply for the $5.00 copay.
