This new "green" facility is located on Golf Links, just west of Kolb Road on the south side of the street.

Clinic Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Except the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month
when hours change to 9:00am to 5:00pm
Sat & Sun: Closed
