Volunteer

The Health Education Project exists because of the extensive involvement of more than 60 volunteers in

the design, maintenance and delivery of health, wellness and life skills classes.

Join us in one of the volunteer capacities listed below:

• Health Educators
  • Teach from 40 prepared life skills, health and wellness topics
  • Commit to for 1 to 2 hours per month
  • Choose either day or evening classes



• Administrative Support
  • Data entry and/or analysis
  • Educational materials preparation
  • Educational topics research
  • Grant research and writing


• Program Development
  • Curriculum Development
  • Fundraising
  • Public Relations/Community Outreach
  • Newsletter
  • Event planning/set-up
  • Advisory Board
