Diabetes Exercise Program

Manage your blood sugar with education, exercise, fun and group support!

This 12-week wellness program will give you ways to manage your diabetes. Each session has 30 minutes of basic information on diabetes, medication, healthy eating, as well as how to stay healthy, followed by 60 minutes of cardio and strength exercise.

Please note: You must be an El Rio Health patient to participate in DEEP. Classes are free for El Rio patients. No need to register. Walk-ins welcome. For more information about our Health and Wellness classes, please call (520) 309-2084.
