Healthcare starts early

One of our goals as a Community Health Center is to ensure our patients are able to live healthier and therefore happier lives. We strongly believe that care should extend far beyond the visitation rooms.


Mind Exercise Nutrition Do It! (MEND) is a fun activity camp for families with children ages 7-14, who are above a healthy weight. This class is designed to build your strength, mobility, and self-esteem. Learn postures and breathing exercises to reduce and cope with stress, peer-pressure, and body-image all in a safe community just for teens. (Ages 12-17) Click HERE to learn more!
