Introducing Our New Kiosk Experience

Over the next 60 days we will be rolling out a new kiosk experience across all of our Health Center sites. We are excited that our new kiosks will offer a mobile pre-check and other enhancements that will help with the followingc

  • It will shorten waiting room time
  • It will provide a better experience
  • It will increase the interaction time we have with patients
  • It will reduce paperwork for both our patients and our staff

Enhancements Include:

  • Mobile pre-check allows you to complete the majority of your registration and check-in forms, including uploading insurance cards on your own time through your cellphone, tablet or home computer
  • Shortens the time it takes for you to be seen. Simply confirm the data at the kiosk
  • Identifies your accurate copay amount. You will be able to pay at check in rather than on your way out
  • You can make payments via credit or debit card at the kiosk
  • Ensures your information is accurately submitted to your insurance company, which will help your claim get processed quickly and correctly and will help eliminate calls from our office and your insurance company to you
  • This system keeps all your information completely secure and confidential, by fully complying with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) guidelines
