We offer telehealth, also known as virtual, appointments for safe, easy, convenient and confidential care.

Telehealth appointments allow you to access and manage your healthcare away from your healthcare provider’s office through the use of digital information and communication technologies such as computers, tablets and smartphones. These may be technologies you use from home or that your provider uses to improve or support healthcare services.

Any El Rio Health patient with access to a smartphone, tablet, computer or laptop with a front facing camera, microphone, and stable internet connection or data plan can be scheduled for a telehealth visit. Since not all healthcare visits are appropriate for telehealth, we can help you schedule the best type of appointment for your healthcare needs. Call 520-670-3909 to see if your visit meets the criteria for a telehealth visit.

A telehealth visit costs the same as an in-person visit. We work with your insurance to get your visits covered.

  1. Call El Rio Health at 520-670-3909 to schedule.
  2. Use smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer with front-facing camera, a microphone, and internet connection or data plan.
  3. Once your Telehealth appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email and/or text from us. You will need to access this email or text from your preferred device for appointment notification and link.
  4. From the email or text confirmation, click/tap the button to reconnect with your healthcare provider. If you continue having issues with connecting, your provider will call you.
