Pandemic hasn’t stopped Tucson’s gala circuit

TUCSON (KVOA) – The ballroom is closed due to COVID-19.

But that has not stopped some of Tucson’s non-profit organizations from moving forward with their annual fundraising events.

In this Pandemic, the Gala has gone virtual like pretty much everything else. El Rio Foundation and Children’s Museum Tucson are just two organizations that took their fundraising live on social media in October.

El Rio Foundation held a Facebook Live production for their Noche de Fiestas, celebrating the 50^th anniversary of the health care organization.
